I want to build a custom widget that executes the Zonal Statistics As Table geoprocess. However, it's very limited out of the box, because users need creator licences in order to create an output table (and edit a feature service for the input).
I would like to know if it's possible to enable Viewers to run this tool by changing the input feature to an in-memory sketch in the map, followed by the creation of an in-memory table that is saved only to the session and can be exported to CSV.
Just to update this topic for others. I totally missed the fact that you need to have a Creator or GIS Professional user type to be able to perform analysis in the web map. So any work to circumvent the "creation" of data is pointless. It does seem limiting that Viewers dont have the ability to get summary statistics about raster layers in a web map though. Would be a reaonsable feature for Viewers in my opinion,
