I'm trying to programmatically load raster mapcache data into a 10.2 windows mobile application.
This vector mapcache data is loading without any issues.
I suspect that the raster mapcache data is not considered a layer type because that's were it fails.

So, how do you programmatically add Raster mapcache data to the map?
