I have created a map and web app for my dept to easily search for power companies, using the Electric Retail Service Territory shapefile, by geolocation, and I have edited the map data heavily inserting power company outage map links.

I want to create, or use an already existing tool, to easily search that database, and edit any of the fields without having to open and scroll through the database manually to edit data. Is there a way to accomplish this?
