Hi,
I am looking to export tiles from World Imagery for a region of interest and then manually annotate these tiles and use them with my own DL model. I am not looking to use the Export Data for DL tools of which I am aware and have used before, to create my annotated data. I am also not looking to use the arcgis.learn module and train anything within the ArcGIS environment. Just to export the tiles and use them externally.
My question is: is this something I can do legally with a third party python package?
