create developer credentials is not showing in New item

I was working on ArcGIS SDK 100.X and now migrating to arcGIS Qt SDK 200.6. When i am getting starting with sample app i am not able to do because, i am not able to create access key (To create new developer credentials i went New item and there not seeing create developer credentials). Could anyone guide me?

Did they move it under Application? Or is the developer credential the equivalent of one of those OAuth keys we used to have to setup?

Well I tried on our portal and I see them under new item:

My guess would be that you don't have an account with the permissions needed to get access to those other options. I can't remember if it needs a 'Creator' Account or something else.
