Can I use Arcade in ArcGIS Online (and thus Collector) to auto increment a feature id field. Like "Wetland-1", "Wetland-2" etc.? I don't see an autoincrement expression in Arcads

Is there a way using Arcade on ArcGIS Online to autoincrement an ID field? This would be for collector..  I.e. "Wetland1", "Wetland2"
