I would like the splash page feature for ArcGIS Online apps (such as the "Simple Viewer") to allow the app to load in the background when it pops up (rather than the blank background which currently occurs).
I have a number of public information apps with instructional splash pages, but I think the blank screen behind the splash page is a little misleading when someone has just clicked on a link they think is leading them to a "Map." I think the end user experience would be improved if when they opened an app with a splash page they could see the app ("Map") in the background.
