has anyone else received this error?  I had no issue creating and updating pipelines previously.  I even recently tried creating a new one and I receive this error "Failed to establish a connection. Refresh the page to try again. If the issue persists, contact your administrator."

Hello!

A service issue resulted in ArcGIS Data Pipelines failing to provision new compute resources, which are used to power the editor and run scheduled data pipelines. Consequently, some Data Pipelines users may have experienced errors when opening the data pipeline editor or failures in scheduled task runs. This issue has since been resolved.

If you are still experiencing issues with your scheduled data pipelines, or with opening the editor, please contact Esri Technical Support (http://esriurl.com/support).

During the disruption, some scheduled tasks may have failed, and any tasks that failed 5 times would have been automatically disabled. At this time, users are encouraged to resume any scheduled tasks that have been disabled. For more information on how to resume tasks, see the Schedule a data pipeline task topic.
