My organization has several admin users and dozens pipelines spread between each user.  Currently only the owner of a pipeline can manage the schedule of that pipeline.  An admin level of permissions should be able to manage, create, and troubleshoot schedules of all pipelines in the organization.

Hey @JamesDrumm2 ,

Thank you for reaching out and providing your feedback.

In an upcoming update of ArcGIS Online, we plan to support admins editing and viewing the data pipeline tasks owned by other users. We do not have plans to add support for admins to create tasks for data pipelines owned by other users, it will remain that tasks must be created by the owner of the item.

Please let me know if you have any question.

Thanks again,

Bethany

Hi @BethanyScott

As Admins we are already able to edit and view data pipeline tasks owned by other users, but if I want to make a new task I need to use the following steps:

  1. Make myself the owner of the Data Pipeline Item
  2. Create the necessary tasks*
    1. *If I have enough left since the max is 10.
    2. If I do not have enough left, I will re-assign Data Pipeline ownership until I have the space required.
  3. Re-assign ownership back to the original Owner.
  4. Restart all the affected schedules because when you change owners it disables the schedules

Thank you for your help,

Selena
