Enhance Date and Time Filtering in ArcGIS Data Pipelines

It would be helpful if tools in ArcGIS Data Pipelines that support Date field expressions provided more flexible relative date and time options.

For example, users should be able to create expressions such as:

• Current date/time - N days
• Current date/time - N weeks
• Current date/time - N months
• Current date/time - N years

This would make it much easier to build dynamic ETL workflows, such as processing records from the last 24 hours, the last 7 days, or the last 3 months, instead of relying only on predefined options like is this month, is this year, or fixed dates. These relative date expressions should be available anywhere in ArcGIS Data Pipelines where date expressions are supported.

Hi @AmrMortada , thank you for the ideas! These types of expressions are currently supported using in the last and not in the last expressions in the Filter by attribute tool. Let us know if you're looking for additional functionality beyond these expression types.

Hi @MaxPayson , thanks for the clarification! I wasn't aware that the "in the last" and "not in the last" expressions were already available—that's good to know.

At the moment, these expressions only support days and weeks. It would be helpful to also support months and years, along with more flexible relative date/time expressions throughout ArcGIS Data Pipelines.
