I have an image. I know exactly how many rows and columns are in the image. I also know that each pixel in the image is 250 meter square. I know the location of the center of the image in decimal degrees. Now I need to view this image in some sort of GIS tool.
This is similar to something I do on a regular basis. But normally the image is in decimal degrees. So I know the resolution of each pixel in decimal degrees. And it is pretty easy to use in Arcmap or in Idrisi. But since I know the size of this image in meters rather than decimal degrees, I am stumped.
Any ideas?
