Does anyone know how/where to get USGS topo Quads in JEPG, TIFF download format rather than the USGS's GeoPDFs? The reason I'm asking is because when I export the GeoPDFs to a JPEG, the white margin around the map stays in tact and I would prefer that off.

Thanks

Is there a reason you do not use the USA Topo Maps map service provided by ESRI in ArcGIS Online?

The pdf 'Converting US Topo GeoPDF Layers to GeoTIFF' which is linked from about 2/3 of the way down this page - http://gis.nwcg.gov/gstop_symbol.html - has suggestions for what you want to do.

Click on "Get Maps" works for me.

Hi Andrew,

Have you checked out the USGS Historical Topo Explorer?
