It should be in a form that you can bring into ArcGIS by going Add Data, then navigating to your image. The only thing you will need to do is add all 6 bands (1-5, and 7) and then use the composite bands tool (from ArcToolbox) to amalgamate the bands into one image. Then to dsiplay the imagery properly display channel 1 as 3, ch2 as 2, and ch3 as 1 to give a true colour image. Then you should be good to go.
