I'm trying to add some points in Arcmap and would like to set the distance (length) between them in Nautical Miles. Does anyone know if there is a way to change from Meters to other units?
The editing tools use the units of the data frame (aka, the map) coordinate system by default, but you can override this by typing a unit abbreviation with your distance.
So, to enter a distance in nautical miles, type nm after the number: such as 5 nm.
