Unable to connect Geodatabase

I am using ArcGIS Pro to connect SQL Server Geodatabse 2017. Just want to upgrade it latest version. for this sde user required to login to the sde connection. I forgot the password of sde user and changed in sql server. after that, i tried to connect to Geodatabase, I am getting below error. I am able to connect to other databases and able to create new enterprise database. How to troubleshoot the issue ?

Have closed and re-opened ArcGIS Pro?

Does the password have special characters?

I reopened ArcGIS Pro. Nothing worked. 

Password does not contain any special characters.

Can you provide clarification for the "no"?

"no" to special characters or "no" to both?

What is the version of ArcGIS Pro?

You said that you can connect to other geodatabases on the same SQL Server 2017 instance, correct?

Can other DB users connect on that same EGDB?

Ok, so can you connect via SSMS to the SQL Server DB using the SDE user credentials?

Have you restarted the machine (reboot) that ArcGIS Pro is installed on?

It may be best to work with Esri technical support on this issue.
