Synching data in Oracle and File GDB

I have some facilities data in Oracle(existing updated) and have migrated data into a File GDB(older). I want to find out 
any discrepancies in data between oracle and facilities data in file gdb. I want to do a synch between the two and get it in report format.
How do i go about doing it. can you give me the detailed steps for synching the data.

The Data Interoperability extension has functionality designed to detect differences between feature classes (or tables) after which you can optionally write adds and deletes to the target object to bring the data into agreement.  It is beyond the scope of the forum to provide the Data Interop tool for this task, but your Esri regional office or distributor will be able to help you with this.
