Split rectangular polygon into quadrants

Hi everybody,

I need to split one rectangular polygon into four equal quadrants.

The following images explain better the problem:

Isn't a complicated problem, but is there any straight way to do this?

I'm working with ArcGIS 10.0 and ArcInfo license.

you can use the cut polygon tool and snap to midpoints going vertical and couple of points outside to get around to the end midpoint
and horizontal to the opposite midpoint & F2
