Spatial referencing OMI Level 3 UV data OMUVBd

I would like to process the OMI level 3 UV data (OMUVBd) in netCDF format: File Listing for OMI/Aura Surface UVB Irradiance and Erythemal Dose Daily L3 Global 1.0x1.0 deg Grid

However, as I visualized the data in ArcGIS 10.3 with the tool make netCDF raster layer, the spatial reference system could not be defined. I know that OMIUVBd uses EPSG4326 as spatial reference system but I also couldn't change it through tools such as project raster. Any suggestions how I can fix this problem? (I need to get values at specific coordinates)

If you know the coordinate system, then you can use the define projection tool NOT the project tool.  You can only project data once it has a known and defined coordinate system.

You should really move this thread from GeoNet Help to a more appropriate location  like Managing Data​ or Spatial Analyst​ depending upon your preference
