Does anyone know how to sort the values in the drop-down list in the attribute table of a feature, or to sort the 'Coded Values' of Domains in geodatabase?

I believe the domain values are sorted by their code rather than their description.  To change the sort order such that it displays differently within the attribute table's drop-down menu, I believe you would need to refine which codes match up to which descriptions.  This is typically done via ArcCatalog when logged in as an administrator such as the SDE user.  Once connected, right click the geodatabase and then choose Properties.  Select the Domains tab and then select the domain associated with the field in question.  Toward the bottom of the dialog box, I recommend copying and pasting the various descriptions into the appropriate lines that match up with the numeric code.

There is a tool available to sort coded value domains named 'Sort Coded Value Domain' it can be used to sort on either the code or the description in either ascending or descending order.

Perfect.  Thanks!

FYI, the tool needs an exclusive schema lock on the domain to work.
