searching tools

Hey,
I am looking for several tools in the Toolbox. It was possible to search for tools (that name you know) in a subwindow of the Toolbox ("search") in Arc 9... It seems that this is not possible in Arc 10 or am I wrong? Is there just the way to search in "help" to find the location of a Toolbox tool?
This would be ArrrrrghGis!

Well, it isn't quite the same, but there is a search window and you can select tools to search specifically on tools.  You type in the name of the tool and a list will come up.  Depending on what section of the tool description that you click or hover on, you'll get a summary, description or go to the location of the tool.
