I am attempting to create mosaic datasets using Seamline as the mosaic method and Blend as the mosaic operator. While these parameters give the best results with regards to blending between the rasters, I am having bright spots appear in the southeast corner of each raster in the mosaic dataset. These bright spots are not present in the original rasters or when another mosaic method (North-West, Closest to Nadir, etc.) is being used. I have attached a screenshot to illustrate the effect.
