Raster Data Appearing Pixelated ?

Hey everyone, when I import new images into arcmap, the data becomes stippled / pixelated. The images are fine if opened with gimp / irfanview. Was wondering if anyone had any suggestions ? I have tried converting the images to multiple different file types with
the same result. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I can not be certain what you are seeing based on this. However, you may try removing any stretch or histogram equalize, and see if this helps. this is under the Properties >> Symbology tab.

Also check what display resampling type is being used for these images and use "Bilinear Interpolation" if not already. You can Find these options from Layer Properties > Display > Resample during display using:
