Just verify your report and share with you as follows:
[INDENT]1. It looks that the Raster Domain works OK, not shifted at all. To me, the operation involved is to buffer with �??negative�?? 0.5-m during creation of polygons, which may give us an impression �??shifting�??�?�
2. To get a polygon without buffering, advisable to use Mosaic Dataset via �??Build Footprint�?? with �??Shrink distance =0�??. Here, if your raster is very irregular, the number of vertices should be increased to maintain polygon along the real boundary, saying, 200 ~500 (rather than the default)�?�[/INDENT]
