Problem changing locators from TA_Streets_US_10 to ESRI_Places_World

Hi,
I am trying to update our address locator from the TA_Streets_US_10 (http://tasks.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/Locators/TA_Streets_US_10/GeocodeServer) being retired to the ESRI_Places_World service (http://tasks.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/Locators/ESRI_Places_World/GeocodeServer). I have been trying many addresses using the Find method at the rest endpoint, but am not getting any returned candidates in the newer ESRI_Places_World service for any of the addresses. I have tried each of them in the TA_Streets_US_10 service and it properly returns results. Attached is a screenshot of the 2 side by side.

For example, 77 clay st, thomaston, ct in the TA_Streets_US_10 returns 6 results, but no results are returned in ESRI_Places_World (single line input) for the same address.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
