Opening MOLA *.img files

I'm working in ArgGIS 9.3 in Windows. I need to open this compressed MOLA file: megt00n270hb.img, which I found here http://pds-geosciences.wustl.edu/missions/mgs/megdr.html

Unzipping software won't open it and it crashes ArcMap when I try to load it there as data. How can I open *.img files so they can be used in ArcGIS?
