I have to draw a few parallel lines in my map. In cad, I would normally just offset the line to get a new parallel one. Can someone tell me how I might do this in arcmap? Thanks

DUH....
found it, thanks everyone.  I was looking in the toolbar, not the "drop down" part of the editor toolbar. It works great. I appreciate the comments.

I am not finding that extension. I am using the standard license. Could it be possible that I dont' have that with my license? Thanks

It's in the editor. Click on the Editor tab.

The copy parallel tool is on the COGO toolbar.

I can't remember if it's there by default or I added it.

If you need to add it to the editor tab:
go to Customize\Customize Mode
Commands tab
type in "copy parallel"
drag the command to the editor tool bar

As Mark mentioned earlier you can also a place the Copy Parallel tool (or pretty much any tool) on a toolbar via Customize>Customize Mode  (see attached image)
