I'm trying to generate a series of arcs from an established point shapefile. The intention is to generate a layer diagrammatic routes (i.e. arcs) between points of destination and origin. I already have a shapefile that contains coordinates and call names for the points we're interested in, and I have a data table that contains origin and destination info, as well as volume information that I'd like to include in the generated shapefile. Is there a simple way to do this from ArcCatalog or ArcMap? I tried using the Traverse function on the COGO toolbar, but the specificity of information was not necessary. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!
