mosaic dataset - change path after the fact?

Hi all,

My mosaic dataset created on computer A will not display on computer B because the drives are mapped differently.  Is there a way that I can re-direct it after the fact or do I have to start over?  In hindsight I realize that I should have mapped as UNC, but hindsight is always 20/20, right?

Hi,

From ArcCatalog right click on the mosiac and select repair. The repair mosiac dataset form appears. For the Folder path Depth select how many levels down you want to fix the path for and in the Old Path the list of folders appears. Now add the new path and select OK.

Easy!!!

Cheers

Gordon,

Thanks for the headup on this.  I stumbled across it on my own right after posting, but apparently I must have copied in the path wrong because the rasters disappeared.  I ended up re-doing the mosaic dataset anyway, but will likely use it in the future.  Thanks
