Missing Drop Down Menus in Editor Attributes

I have multiple layers set with drop down menu selections. The issue comes when making edits through the attribute table for the selected feature in editor. Some of the drop down menus I have set work and I can select the correct attribute. But some do not allow me to use the drop down in the editor attribute table but the drop down does work in the attribute table.

I am trying to correct this so I can use all of the drop down menus.

How did you publish your data? I assume it has domains, right? Can you provide some screenshots to show what exactly is happening?

Most of the drop down menus work fine it is just a select few columns that are not working in the editor but do work in the attribute table as you can see in the attached photo
