I am working with Multidimensional Zonal Statistics and when running a NetCDF file I get an error stating RuntimeError: NetCDF: Can't define dimensional metadata. What does this mean and what can I do to fix it?
I found my answer. This was when I set the longitude and latitude fill_value to NaN or Null it made it so the Multidimensional Zonal Statistics was unable to find those variables, because this is not where you put NaN at. Instead you set Pre's fill_value to NaN and now the program works perfectly.
