I have a DGN group layer where my road name labels are contained in the Annotation layer and my actual road layer is contained in the Polyline layer (without a road name field). I was wondering if there is any way to merge the annotation layer where the actual street names are stored with the polyline layer (where my actual roads are stored). There are no common fields that I can join to. What I am basically looking for is a single roads file with the street name field contained in it. I am able to convert these files to shapefiles and feature classes as well but am having the same issue.
