Hello:
I have a set of polylines in an FC that makes one closed loop. I want the start and endpoints (that have same coords to make a closed loop) to be decided upon based on a point I choose from another FC. This way I can choose where the Merge tool will decide the start/endpoint will be.
Any ideas on how I might do this?
