Hi,
I am conducting a study looking at the impact of light pollution from oil platforms off the California coast on migrating birds and would like to compare the light pollution or bortle scale between two platforms. I have found a lot of great imagery out there on this subject, but no GIS-based layer that associates a light pollution value with each pixel. Have any of you come across something like this before?
