Import XML workspace with Basic level license

My company has ArcMap Desktop Basic level license. Due to budget constraints we cannot upgrade at this time. We have a client that has sent us 2 geodatabase templates as XML files. Project data needs to be delivered to the client in these geodatabases.

At the Basic license level Import from XML Workspace is not an option. Are there any other options out there for importing from XML? I have been having a hard time finding any options. I have very limited experience implementing code, ArcPy, add-ons, etc.

Thanks in advance for the input.

The only other method that I can think of for importing an XML workspace document into a geodatabase is through FME (made by SafeSoftware).  If you have FME, you might be in luck.  Otherwise, there is not a way to achieve this without purchasing a Standard license of ArcGIS for Desktop.
