I have to write a workflow on the procedures to apply to manage incidents between ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Server (version 10.2, direct connect, Windows on both side).
I have difficulty understanding which case you must use SDEVERBOSE or SDEINTERCEPT, etc ...
For example:
- If I have a connecting client-server problem (crash, slow ...)
- If I have a loading data problem (crash, slow ...)
- If I have a geoprocessing problem (crash, slow ...)
