How to create ArcSDE 10.2 Geodatabase in Oracle without ArcGIS Desktop

Since there is no Post Installation Wizard anymore in ArcSDE 10.2 - how can i enable und create a geodatabase in oracle without ArcGIS Desktop? We have only an EDN description for the ArcGIS Server/SDE, but no desktop license.

Is there any documentation about it?

Any help is appreciated!!

This isn't new to 10.2 -- 10.1 had the same restriction.  You can also use Python to create geodatabases,
with Create Enterprise Geodatabase (Data Management).
