How to add attribute describing the mean distance between this two towns?

I have ( DEM,two towns ) and i did the Euclidean Distance, then i to need to add the mean distance to the location of the Blue town, in meters,to the Green Town

I have (DEM,Two towns) I need to add the mean distance to the location of the blue town, in meters,to the attributes of the green town

the town on the left is still in vector form... each polygon in that town can be used in a zonal statistics and/or zonal statistics as table to get the mean distance from your Euclidean raster

Check to see whether

Zonal statistics as table or 

Zonal Statistics answers your question.

Of course, this assumes that the Euclidean distance best represents 'distance'

Although i did it  i still have a problem with understanding what's happened actually in reality  or what could these Values of "Mean" provide us with? (Knowing that this blue town is moved to be the green one because of floods risk)  ,,Thank you mr: Dan ,,
