How do you convert polyline to polygon in ArcMap 10.4

There use to a tool "feature to polygon" in earlier builds. I dont see them in 10.4. Can someone walk me through what I need to do?

I have ArcGIS Basic at work. Anything else that I could do to get it to work?

Hi Oz,

How many lines do you have? You could just digitize it if it isn't too much work.

I have over 100 lines. Digitizing would need me to click on all the nodes to create the polygon that could take me a while. Always a budget issue at work

Can't fight the budgets....

Don't tell anyone but there may be a way to do this in another software that may be [cough] free...

Polygonizer plugin. The one that you recommended.

...right, it looks like that is for QGIS and doesn't appear to be too difficult to deal with the plug-in for that software. I do not think it will work for ArcMap.
