I have address data at only the block level i.e. 6400 Block of Green Street, 2400 Block of Wood Ave, as well as some intersections (Underwood/Cherry), that I need help geocoding. I do not have any zipcode data for this but do have the centerline data for which these addresses correspond to. Does anyone know how to geocode at this level?

You may have a couple options:

1. Clean out extraneous information from you address data so 2400 Block of Wood Ave is 2400 Wood Ave

2.  Create a locator based on street segment blocks.  I've done this with limited success. Take the min and max andress range values and divide by 2 sort of thing.

3. Your intersections may be just fine as is, though you may need to turn the scoring down on your centerlines locator since they appera to be missing prefix,  suffix and type.

That should just about do it....
