How can the "description" of a geodatabase domain be exported?

When a domain is created there is a description that can be filled out along with the domain properties.  This is separate from the description of domain codes.  Is there anyway to deport or copy out the domain's description?  There are too many domains to highlight, copy and paste them out.  Thanks

There appears to be neither a geoprocessing tool nor property of arcpy.da Domain class to get at the domain description. You could venture into ArcObjects for the answer, but I'd just copy and paste in that case.

You can get the domains properties from the metadata tables.

There should be a way to get descriptions too. Then you just have to export.
