Geographic Transformation Issue

Hi,

I want to Project a raster map which is in 'UTM_NAD27_Z4' projection to 'Albers Conical Equal Area, Datum WGS 84' projection.

The 'Project Raster' tool in ArcMap 10 gives me 30 different options for Geographic Transformation.

What Geographic Transformation should I use?

I would appreciate any help or info.

Depends on where your data is located.  Here is some helpful links:
