Geocoding Data - European Address Locator

Hi all,

I read in http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=dff63d09c79a44b8b3c63f2d90222e0e that European Address Locator is based on NAVTEQ Q1 2011. Please can you tell me how often this European Address Locator is updated. What I would like to know if it�??s possible to updated this information for Q1 2012?
