GDBT for ArcGIS 10 errors

I'm getting the following errors when I try to use the Geodatabase Toolset (GDBT) for ArcGIS 10. Please see attached screenshot for more detail.

I suggest starting with the licensing issue.
What level of ArcGIS Desktop licensing are you using?
What type of Geodatabase are you connecting to (File GDB, ArcSDE GDB, etc.)?

Do you have any problems connecting to the GDB with ArcCatalog?

I'm testing with ArcEditor Single Use, connecting to a SQL Server 2005 GDB

License issue. Although it's not mentioned, apparently it works well when I use ArcInfo.
