GDB Replication Problems

I am trying to create multiple One-way replicas of geographically distinct areas from a central SDE database (in Oracle 11g) to local replicas on separate PCs (SDE on SQLExpress). The first replication was able to be created. However any further replica creation fails. I get the following error message:
Create Replica Failed: Tables not Registered ("Layer/Table/Feature Name"). Any idea what is causing this, and how to fix it? Thanks very much.

If it worked the first time, and you are replicating the same datasets the second time, this should work.

Is the data registered as versioned? Make sure it is not registered as versioned with the option to move edits to base.

If there are any extra datasets in this 2nd replica, that weren't in the first replica, examine those to see if you can pinpoint the reason.
