FROM XML TO SDE

Hi

Is there a way to convert a metadata xml file to sde using command line functions. I have managed to import the xml file into sde using arctoolbox but I am looking for an automated process. I have not come across any sdexml commands that allows for this.

Any assistance will be appreciated.

Only ArcGIS supports the XML data generated by ArcGIS.  You can use Python tools as a
command-line loading option.
