I am quite inexperienced and am probably making a basic error, but I can't work out what is wrong, so any help would be much appreciated.
I am trying to use the feature to raster tool to convert the attached cost.shp shapefile in to a raster format, incorporating the resistance field from the accompanying attribute table. However when I run the tool it does not work and I get a '999998 unexpected error' message. After extensive searching I have been unable to track down the reason why this isn't working, so any tips from more experienced users would be great! Please let me know if you need any more information.
