I am attempting to import an XML workspace Document into a 10.1 Geodatabase from 9.3 version. I receive the error "Fatal error parsing xml. Line = 19, char = 0. Reason: invalid byte "y" at position 1 of a six byte sequence.
What does the error mean ? Is there anything i can do to solve this error ?
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
