I am using the ArcGIS version 9.3.1. Some PC can view a jp2 image, while some other machine cannot view the same image. They have are in the same network, configured with same software, and even close to each other physically. The problem is, when I tried to open the same mxd document, which can be viewed on the other machine, the jp2 file (no "exclamation" mark in TOC) seems to be ruined- with totally different cell size information and cannot be viewed correctly.
And, if I install the ERDAS/ERMapper ECW JPEG 2000 plugin (v4.2), I totally cannot view the jp2 on that machine: there is an "exclamation" in the TOC and it looks like the jp2 is of incorrect path (but actually it is there).
Anyone experienced that question before? Please help.
