Export to DGN: how to separate layers to separate levels?

Hi!

When I use the Export to CAD tool, if I export to a DWG my GIS layers show up as separate layers in the DWG. However, when I use the Export to CAD tool to a DGN using a seed file given to me by our CAD manager, everything shows up on the default level. How do I get the DGN to have each GIS layer on a separate level?

One workaround would be to export from gis to dwg, open the dwg in microstation and saveas as dgn. Also, the problem could arise from acad using layers and ms using levels. If your data in gis included a field called level, with attributes equal to the layer field, you might have more success.
