export clipped data

I got some data for the Europe and worldwide, but I just want to focus on one country.

I have got the country boundary data, and successfully done the clipping within the layer.

However when I try to export the data by clicking hfp_europe>>data>>export data, the clipping option is still unavailiable. And the exported data still have the value for other country.

What I want is the data just like in pic2 in TIFF format. I'm no an experienced user and any comment is welcome.

It wants a "graphic", that is something you draw, not a featureclass feature, why not use the regular Clip tool
